Description and Service Details

Description (Service)	The Georgetown and District Ministerial Association operates Community Unity Halton Hills, a combined effort of Georgetown churches to assist families in need whatever their beliefs. Community Unity provides three main community programs: Spring and Fall Yard Clean Up -- Assists individuals and families in need due to age, health or circumstance with seasonal yard clean ups Food From the Heart -- Once a month hot, high protein meals are prepared and served at the Georgetown Bread Basket for clients to take home Jubilee Care Planners -- Trained community volunteers assess individual situations and make referrals to available help and support
