Description (Service) Major services: 
Cancer support 
* matches cancer patients and their caregivers with volunteers who have been through the same experiences * service available in English, French and many other languages  
Volunteer transportation 
* provides transportation to cancer treatment centres including: Juravinski Cancer Centre *Joseph Brant * McMaster * Princess Margaret * Sunnybrook * Mount Sinai * Credit Valley * all Toronto area hospitals 
* 3 business days notice is required  
* new patients who register with the transportation service will be required to pay a yearly $100 registration fee 
* youth 18 years old or younger will not be charged 
* if patients are unable to pay the full registration fee, they may be eligible for assistance through the compassionate program
