Description (Service) Promote the integral role of citizen voices in City Hall decisions in furtherance of a healthy local democracy 
* ward-level committees across Burlington seek out resident input on issues of importance and bring them to council 
* discuss, research, educate and inform the public and City Hall on plausible methods by which citizen engagement can be implemented more successfully, through a program of meetings, workshops and advocacy
