• program focus areas are stress regulation, changing behaviours, changing thinking patterns, building resilience, and improving quality of life
• groups are short-term, skills-based, structured, and evidence-based

Hours vary

• by appointment only

• adults who have mild to moderate symptoms of depression or anxiety
• can engage and may benefit from group psychotherapy
• do not require more intensive mental health services
• addiction is not identified as the primary health issue

Referral must be received from Primary Care Provider
