Description (Service) Food bank provides pre-packaged boxes of non-perishable foods, hygiene, produce, milk, eggs, bread and frozen meat 
* contactless delivery to lobby or door by appointment only 
* appointments required for curbside pickup 
Partners with St Christopher's Church to provide food assistance at Open Doors, for details see separate listing here
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-11:45 am and Thu 5 pm-7 pm * closed all holidays

Eligibility Families with need for food assistance who reside in Burlington * must show proof of residency 
* assistance available once every three weeks
Application To request food email or call 905-637-2273 
* bring photo identification, proof of Burlington residence, and proof of income (not to qualify for food bank help but to assist in finding other resources that may be of benefit)
