Description (Service) Provides rent-geared-to-income and below-market-rent housing for seniors * all applications are made to Bonnie Place management. 
Bonnie Place I:  
* rents are geared to income  
* 39 bachelor and 40 one-bedroom units in the apartment tower  
* common room for use of all tenants  
Bonnie Place II:  
* 82 one-bedroom units with balconies  
* 76 units are at 80% of market rent and the remaining 6 are at full market rent
