Members can participate in wheelchair basketball

  • sports chairs supplied by the club
  • all programs offer competitive as well as recreational levels  
  • basic body conditioning and exercise are included in the programs  
  • opportunities to socialize as a team  
  • also serves energetic young adults with physical disabilities

Burlington: Sat 1 pm-4 pm, Sep-May, at Haber Recreation Centre 

Hamilton: Mon 6 pm-8 pm, Sep-Apr, at Queen Mary School
