Description and Service Details

Description (Service)

An internationally recognized program that prepares students for a pre-university diploma 

  • students complete the Ontario Secondary School curriculum and the International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma courses simultaneously 
  • students in Grades 11 and 12 take the IB diploma program while students in Grades 9 and 10 take IB preparatory courses (Accelerated Learning Program/ALP)

IB programs are offered at the following schools in the Halton District School Board: 
 
Burlington Central High School (Burlington)

Craig Kielburger Secondary School (Milton)

Georgetown District High School (Georgetown)

White Oaks Secondary School (Oakville)
