• not a licensed retirement home (does not provide the minimum 2 listed services required for definition and licensing as a retirement home under Ontario's Retirement Homes Act) 
• additional assistive services are available onsite from a private homecare provider located in the building 

Accommodations include:

• studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom suites and cottages
• meals in dining room, linen service and housekeeping included 
• additional services available through Ontario Health atHome or private service providers, including one located on-site 
• each suite has an in-room communication system that links to management personnel 24/7 
• pets permitted 
• activity room, residents' kitchen, billiards room, library, chapel, hair dressing and Internet and computer use

Provides transportation for shopping trips, doctor's appointments and other scheduled activities 

• close to public bus route 
• regular planned excursions

Respite/short stay available to provide caregiver relief, and for seniors discharged from hospital who require more care and supervision than can be obtained at home
