Description (Service) | Services altered in response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Currently meeting through Zoom ----------------------------------------------- Funds raised by Oomama, go directly to the Stephen Lewis Foundation Grandmothers Campaign which seeks to raise awareness and mobilize support for African grandmothers seeking to secure a future for their grandchildren orphaned or made vulnerable due to HIV/AIDS Donated funds are used to provide grandmothers with assistance for food, school fees and school uniforms for their grandchildren, counselling, social support, coffins for burial of loved ones and seed money for income-generating projects |
