Activities include:

  • bringing the root causes of poverty to the attention of elected officials and encouraging them to take action
  • public awareness and education by means of a speaker series
  • advocacy
  • community development
  • campaigning for a living wage and income supports

Meetings: third Friday of each month, 9:30 am-11:30 am, online and in-person at the United Way Halton and Hamilton office
