Description (Service) Offers secular Universal Programs based on Buddhist philosophy, but which are open to anyone and designed for those who are not practising Buddhists 
 
Programs include: 
* 16 Guidelines For Life Essential Education  
* Transformative Mindfulness Methods Essential Education  
* Mindfulness and Meditation Essential Education  
* The Great Global Shift Transformative Meditation (free tele-sessions, first day of each month))  
* special events such as the Maitreya Loving Kindness Tour  
* 5 Tibetan yogas  
* visiting teachers and special guests 
 
Some programs are offered in partnership with Faculty of Continuing Education, University of Toronto
