Description (Agency) Non-profit group of women of all ages (do not have to be a grandmother), that acts locally in support of the Stephen Lewis Foundation Grandmothers to Grandmothers campaign, which seeks to raise awareness and mobilize support for African grandmothers struggling to secure a future for their grandchildren orphaned or made vulnerable due to HIV/AIDS

Description (Service) Raise funds and offer educational opportunities that support the Grandmothers to Grandmothers Campaign 
* funds donated go directly to the Stephen Lewis Foundation, a registered charity which issues tax receipts for these donations  
Donated funds are used to provide grandmothers with assistance such as food, school fees and school uniforms for their grandchildren * income-generating projects * counseling * social support focused on building resilience and independence
