Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Residential care homes for adults with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABIs). Offers ABI rehabilitation programs, behaviour management, speech language pathology, etc. Also offers Transitional Living Services which aim to help individuals reintegrate into the broader community. Facilities are located in Hamilton, St. Catharines, and Vineland. 
Hamilton: Elmhurst Place, John Reesor Centre, Transitional Living Services 
St. Catherine's: Kenny House, Ravenda Place 
Vineland: Campden Heights, Cathy Weaver Place
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * Residence Mon-Sun 24 hours
