Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Due to COVID-19 the Barrett Centre is implementing health screening for individuals being considered for the crisis bed program. 
 
A crisis response program serving the needs of individuals in the community who are experiencing a crisis and need support but do not require a hospital stay, or are transitioning from psychiatric hospitalization, back to the community. Offers 10 beds, in-person counselling, and telephone counselling. Collect calls are accepted.

Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
 
Applicants to a crisis bed must be able to take care of their physical needs. Open to all newcomer groups.
