Description (Service)	Library and archives collection provides Canadians with access to texts, photographs and other documents preserves the documentary heritage of Canada provides genealogy and family history services research aids and services photocopies and reproduction requests Digital Preservation Program auditorium and two conference rooms available for rent to non-profit organizations

Application	To conduct research, users should fill out the online form to receive their user card number by email They should then drop in at the Registration Desk in the ground floor lobby where they will be asked to sign their card and show personal photo identification providing a current address The card is valid for two years
