Fertility awareness and family-planning information

  • in-person and virtual online live teaching sessions private or in groups
  • natural family planning
  • promotes an understanding of fertility using the Symptothermal test for ovulation
  • natural conception, helps people trying to achieve a pregnancy or avoid a pregnancy
  • post-partum, perimenopause information
  • group presentations scheduled monthly or private, in-home/couple to couple sessions available
