  • situations include billing errors, contract disputes, poor service quality and credit management
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm

Application
  • Before submitting a complaint, customers must have already tried to resolve their disputes directly with their service providers
  • If the matter remains unresolved, customers can then file a complaint with the CCTS
