Description (Service) Protects and serves the public interest through regulation of the practice of veterinary medicine.
  • veterinarians are licensed, facilities are accredited, standards and policies are developed and maintained
  • investigations and resolutions process
  • licenses approximately 5,200 veterinarians, accredits over 2,300 facilities in Ontario
Hours Mon-Thu 8:30 am-4:30 pm * Fri 8:30 am-4 pm
Areas Served Ontario ; Ontario
Eligibility Must hold a degree in veterinary medicine to become a licensed member of the College.
Veterinarians in Ontario must practice from an accredited veterinary facility.
