Residential care homes for adults with acquired brain injuries. Services include rehabilitation programs, behaviour management, and speech language pathology. Also offers transitional living services which aim to help individuals reintegrate into the broader community.
Residences are located in Hamilton, St. Catharines, and Vineland. Residents will be placed in one of the facilities as part of the application process. |
