Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Residential care homes for adults with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABIs). Offers ABI rehabilitation programs, behaviour management, speech language pathology, etc. Also offers Transitional Living Services which aim to help individuals reintegrate into the broader community. Facilities are located in Hamilton, St. Catharines, and Vineland.Hamilton: Elmhurst Place, John Reesor Centre, Transitional Living ServicesSt. Catherine's: Kenny House, Ravenda PlaceVineland: Campden Heights, Cathy Weaver Place
