Description (Service) Provides an online counselling service for men, and couples, in Ontario

Counselling is provided on a secure, online platform, specializing in:
  • anger management
  • men's mental health
  • low self-esteem
  • difficulty sharing and expressing emotions
  • low mood
  • isolating and keeping people at a distance
  • relationship challenges
  • couples counselling
Hours Appointment Hours: Mon, Wed 12 noon-5 pm * Tue, Thu 10 am-2 pm
