| Eligibility | Canadian residents with an annual adjusted family net income of less than $90,000 who do not have access to dental insurance Residents who access dental coverage through a social program offered by a province/territory and/or the federal government can still qualify for the CDCP if they meet all the eligibility criteria Residents must have filed an income tax return the previous year |
