Description (Service)
  • Specialized MedicAlert subscription service designed to assist individuals at risk of wandering due to cognitive conditions like Alzheimer's and other dementias
  • Stores condition-specific health information securely in the Subscriber Health Information Database
  • Blue dementia medical IDs to be worn at the neck or wrist of person at risk of wandering
  • Allows first responders to respond swiftly and effectively to locate, identify and reunite loved ones with their families and care partners if they were to wander, or go missing

Eligibility Anyone living with any type of dementia and who may be at risk of wandering
