Description (Service) Provides four hours of free legal advice to those who qualify by phone or video chat from one or more lawyers on referral list
  • service available anytime after assault has occurred
  • Does not provide legal representation

  • assault must have occurred in Ontario
  • Application Email completed voucher, voucher available online
    • women and individuals with non-binary gender identity living in Toronto access services through the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Centre -- see separate entry
