Description (Service) COVID19 - Online service matches older adults with screened volunteers, to assist with accessing digital communications and social media using smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers * follow-up * service provided by telephone, text, chat or video conferencing -- no in-person service * volunteer opportunities * does not provide devices, software or financial assistance
