  • referrals to pre- and post-arrival services
  • information on topics such as settlement, education, employment, housing, community connections
  • personalized settlement plans, online resources such as webinars, videos and e-learning
  • adult and youth mentorship programs and community forums
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm Eastern time
Areas Served Canada ; and those overseas
Eligibility Adults and youth who are currently outside of Canada and who have received official approval from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada in their permanent residence application
