Description (Service)	Tech for Good Professional assistance to support independent use or control of mobile phone, tablet and/or computer; customized training and support on mobile devices, computers and related assistive technologies Hi, Tech! Supports to build digital skills and engage with digital world, including virtual tech support, training and coaching on different technologies and related skills general tasks such as texting, calling, emailing new devices such as phone, tablet, or computer, and general features video platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Skype, Facetime Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, PowerPoint Internet and social media online safety, protecting privacy, recognizing scams, managing use (screen time, responsible use, etiquette) online purchasing understanding artificial intelligence (AI)
