Description (Service)	Personalized training and support for people with disabilities to feel confident in their digital skills Accessible Technology support on how to set up and use assistive and accessible technology recommendations on devices, assistive and accessible technology support and access to experts with specialized knowledge about accessible and assistive technologies for mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and computers in partnership with TELUS Tech for Good Digital Skills and Job Readiness independent, self-paced training available for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels to enhance digital skills role specific learning pathways job search support and mentorship assistance upon completion of a certification or pathway Digital Fundamentals Support, provided by volunteers, to help explore and learn understanding devices through a range of digital literacy topics including general tasks such as texting, calling, emailing new devices such as phone, tablet, or computer, and general features video platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Skype, Facetime Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, PowerPoint Internet and social media online safety, protecting privacy, recognizing scams, managing use (screen time, responsible use, etiquette) online purchasing understanding artificial intelligence (AI)
