Description (Service) Online virtual programs may include the following:
  • After Stroke Virtual Community Conversation (Tue and Thu sessions)
  • After Stroke - Ask an Expert (Information, inspiration, and resources for stroke recovery, presented by medical and rehabilitation professionals on Zoom)
  • Exercise and Movement: Chair Exercise for Stroke Recovery * Yoga for You
  • Virtual Stroke Recovery Program (Wed and Fri sessions)
  • Virtual Stroke Recovery Music Program
  • Speech and Communication: Aphasia Connect Virtual Group (Mon and Thu sessions)
  • Peer Support: one-to-one peer support, and online and in-person support groups
  • Rehabilitation - Conductive Education ® Virtual Programs (designed specifically for people with neurological motor disorders, such as Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Acquired Brain Injury, and other neurological conditions)
  • Family Caregiver Programs (webinar series, Caregiver Cafe)
  • Education and training programs are delivered online and in person * provide practical, evidence-based information about stroke, and cover topics like prevention, mobility, medications, returning to work and driving
