Description (Service) 133-bed long-term care home * residential care for 79 private rooms and 53 basic rooms * registered nurse 24-hour a day * pain and symptom management * access to a doctor and other health professionals

  • bedding and furniture
  • laundry and housekeeping
  • meals 
  • personal hygiene supplies
  • medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
  • assistance with medication and activities of daily living
  • recreation and social programs

Additional services and facilities * fees may apply for some of the services:
  • rehabilitation programs to optimize independence
  • registered dietitian
  • individualized assessment and care planning
  • hairdressing services
  • garden and horticultural activities
  • art and creative classes
  • community and cultural events
  • chaplaincy/spiritual services available for residents
  • friendly pet visitations
  • Snoezelen multi-sensory therapy program
  • inter-generational and volunteer programs
  • resident safety programs

Northridge is divided into 5 distinct resident communities, which consist of no more than 29 residents * each resident community has its own dining room, kitchen, living room, den, sun room, and outdoor garden
