| Description (Service) | Provides one bath per week in the client's home free of charge * client must be ambulatory, weight bearing and able to direct their own care * client can get in and out of bath with minor assistance and has appropriate equipment such as bath chair/seat, bathmat and grab bars * supports client having a bath and reduces the risk of a fall |
