Description (Service)	Registered charitable foundation providing support to children and families with chronic pain Services include: virtual support groups wellness support sessions for those with Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes (EDS), Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HDS), and its related conditions including chronic pain or other Heritable Connective Tissue Disorders pain and educational resources crisis lines and mental health resources agency cannot provide medical or pharmaceutical advice and does not endorse any one method of treatment for people suffering from chronic pain academic and research partnerships

Dates	Peer events are held monthly at various locations * call or visit the website to learn about and participate in upcoming events
Meetings	Support sessions are about one-hour long * advanced registration is required * 18 participants per week are the maximum * Zoom link will be sent to members one week before each session * support groups do not replace professional care
