The Town Clerk provides a wide variety of legal and administrative services to all departments of the Town and to the public in general including:

  • preparation and maintenance of Council records and other official municipal documents, and appointments for various Boards & Committees
  • supervision of elections within the Town
  • issuance of various licences and permits
  • records keeping and vital statistics
  • by-law regulations and enforcement
  • commissioning of documents
  • protection of privacy and freedom of information
