Description (Service)

Hosts various activities of a historical nature

  • placquing of historical homes
  • talks and slide presentations
  • new and reprinted publication of research material
  • preservation of archival material
  • interesting and varied programs at monthly meetings
  • archives available for research during open hours or by appointment
  • room rental available for meetings etc. (capacity 80)
  • blacksmith shop tours can be arranged
Hours
  • The Cooke/Dills Archives will be open the last Wed of each month - 10 am-1 pm, all other times by appointment only
  • Blacksmith Shop: Sat 9 am-12 noon, May 20 - Oct 14 only
  • Meetings: Third Thu of each month at 7:30 pm at 16 James St
