  • Currently experiencing a very high number of requests for COVID-19 test appointments, wait times for appointments may be longer than expected 
  • For your safety and to reduce long line-ups at the testing centres, COVID-19 testing is done by appointment only 
  • If you require urgent care, please go to the nearest Emergency Department or call 911

Description (Service) Ontario COVID-19 Testing Guidelines 
The Government of Ontario is responsible for the provincial guidelines for COVID-19 testing. Please check the most up-to-date Ministry testing guidelines to see if you should book a COVID-19 test at an Assessment & Testing Centre  
 
Testing is by appointment only, there are no walk-in Assessment Centres in Halton Region 
 
Booking an Appointment
  • appointments for a COVID-19 test can be booked online or by telephone, 905-203-7963 (Please have your Health Card ready) 
  • if you have symptoms or have been directed to be tested by your local Public Health department, please call the Booking Line and they will try to accommodate you within 24 -48 hrs 
  • Booking Line opens at 7:30 am every morning 
  • Online booking appointments can only be made seven days in advance, for one person at a time
Please be considerate - If you have booked an appointment and are unable to keep it, please cancel so others can access this booking time
