Sup. Description Fall 2015 Flu Clinic 
Friday, October 15, 2015 9 am-3 pm - Clinic intended for high risk individuals only, including: 
•those at high risk for complications of the flu  
•those who may spread the flu to high-risk people  
•those who provide essential community services
Hours Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * Tue 8:30 am-8 pm

Eligibility Ages: 50 year(s) and up 
must have a current Seniors Services Membership card to register in all older adult programs * to attend drop-in activities * for special interest clubs and day trips
Application Seniors Services membership cards can be purchased at:  
* Oakville Senior Citizens' Recreation Centre  
* Sir John Colborne Recreation Centre for Seniors  
* specific times at Iroquois Ridge and Queen Elizabeth Park Older Adults Centres  
* front counters of the Recreation and Culture Department at Town Hall, Iroquois Ridge Community Centre and Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre
