Description (Service)

Through the power of storytelling, aims to bridge the gap between traditional mental health resources and innovative, psychosocial support models, by sharing diverse personal stories to help others discover they are not alone, and recovery is possible

All Unsinkable programs are digital first and designed for accessibility

Storytelling Program

  • One-on-one or small groups (5–8 people, 8 weeks) with mentor
  • Learn to tell impactful, hopeful stories
  • Connects audiences to mental health and local supports

Youth Program (ages 16–26)

  • 12 weeks, led by trained youth leader
  • Safe spaces to share, learn, and build skills
  • Grows resilience and leadership

Community Champions

  • Advocates from many backgrounds with lived experience
  • Share voices through events and stories
  • Work locally and nationally for inclusive mental health
