| Description (Service) | Services altered in response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Group is running virtually * contact mhodnett@shhalton.org for more information or visit website for Zoom link ----------------------------------------------------- A youth-led peer program that provides social recreation, peer-support and service connections for ages 15–25 who are experiencing mental health, substance and/or addictions issues * allows Halton Hills youth to get connected with others in a fun, laid-back, judgement free zone * hang out, learn coping and resiliency skills, make social connections, and find new resources |
