Description (Service)

Landscape Ontario’s GROW Program seeks to develop, advance and promote Ontario's landscape and horticultural profession by providing specialized training to the sector's workers and firms 
 
GROW New Entrant Training Program:

  • Training Program ends March 2023
  • prepares eligible participants for entry-level positions in the landscape and horticultural sector
  • six-week training program includes four weeks of skills training followed by a paid two-week workplace trial, intended to lead to ongoing employment
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm
Dates Open enrollment throughout the year
Areas Served Durham Region ; Halton Region ; Hamilton ; Kawartha Lakes ; Muskoka District ; Peel Region ; Toronto ; Waterloo Region ; York Region
