Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Promotes mutual respect, acceptance and harmony among members of the community by: 
* providing resources for public education, programs and activities 
* increasing communication by breaking down barriers and building bridges of understanding between ethnocultural groups, institutions and the community 
Activities include: 
* Youth Leadership Workshop program  
* Caribbean and African Dance classes  
* community art classes for seniors and teens 
* steelpan music classes for all ages  
* seminars and workshops 
* social, cultural, educational and charitable activities for Black History Month 
* awards gala dinner-Four Pillars awards  
* Roots of Freedom Festival celebrating Oakville's black history with tour of Underground Railway 
* Emancipation Day Picnic

Hours Caribbean and African Dance: 1 pm-2 pm and Steelpan classes Sun 1 pm-3 pm
