Description and Service Details

Description (Service)
  • For a fee, the Security Clearance / Records Department will determine existence (or non-existence) of a police record for residents of Halton
  • Applications can be completed online or via computer kiosk at HRPS Headquarters, 2485 North Service Road W., Oakville, Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
  • Residents are encouraged to apply for record checks online for fastest service, as wait times for applications and results may be excessive for in-person record checks
