Government licensed child care centre for children 18 months-5 years

Discovery Station Emergent Learning Program:  

  • half-day licensed program running from Sep-Jun 
  • Toddler program for children aged 18-30 months, for 2, 3 or 5 mornings per week, 9 am-11:30 am
  • Preschool program for children aged 2.5-5 years, for 2, 3 or 5 mornings per week, 9 am-12 noon
  • Extended day preschool program for children 2.5 - 5 years, 3 mornings per week, 9 am-1 pm, lunch provided
  • Activities that will enhance your child's natural curiosity and love of knowledge  
  • Philosophy is that a child learns through play and teachers will follow the child's interests and development when implementing curriculum  
  • Focus on developing social skills and school readiness  

After-School Program (Licensed)

  • for children 3.8 to 11 years
  • available at Oakwood Public School

Summertime Emergent Learning:

  • licensed programs for children 18 months - 5 years, offered in Jul and Aug   

Cool Kids Camp

  • licensed weekly camp program for children 3.5 - 5 years, 9 am-12 noon
  • sign up for one week or all 7
  • 5 morning program offering weekly topics that will spark curiosity and imagination
  • summer schedule available in April   

Ready Set School

  • a kindergarten readiness program, for children eligible for school in September
  • afternoons in July and August
