Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Major services:  
* Instructional Remediation: one-on-one tutoring in reading/writing or math during the school year 
* Reading Rocks: an 8-week one-on-one literacy program for children 6-12 
* assistive technology 
* transition skills workshops for pre-teen and high school aged students 
* typing skills program 
* parent workshops and lectures, advocacy training and support 
* ongoing parent support through resource facilitation and in-school support as needed 
* on-site loaning library - books, videos and resource materials 
* community education through annual Conference held each spring

Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm, Sep-May (hours are subject to change based on staff availability and scheduling * call ahead before coming in) 
* limited hours during the summer
