• All providers are screened, background-checked and trained
• Child care providers work from their own homes 
• Provide care to children placed in their homes through Little Leaders
• Little Leaders run through a short phone interview to determine clients' daycare needs and preferences and informs them of providers in their area of interest, to determine if client wants to proceed with an interview
• full-time (Mon-Fri), part-time (less than five days a week), full-days, half-days, before school and after school care 
• Transportation may be provided
