Description (Service)	Advocacy, advice, education and representation: summary advice and representation through all stages of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board claims process or the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal information on policies and procedures of WSIB and WSIAT if you have been the victim of an occupational health and safety reprisal the OWA will give you advice and representation through stages of an application and hearing before the Ontario Labour Relations Board self-help information for workers to handle their own claims or applications where appropriate referrals to other organizations Arm's length agency of Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development reporting directly to the minister
