American Community
Individuals who are either citizens of the United States or who identify themselves as part of the U.S. community.
Black Community
Canadians of African descent whose heritage derives from a common cultural background and experience.
Francophone Community
Canadians or Canadian residents who identify themselves through a combination of heritage and background as members of the francophone community, and prefer the delivery of services within a French language cultural context.
Hispanic/Latin American Community
Canadians of Spanish or Latin American descent. Latin America is a geographic and cultural region comprising 18 Spanish-speaking countries, Brazil, and Haiti, or generally the areas which Spain and Portugal colonized in the Americas.
Indigenous Communities
Individuals whose ethnic background and ancestry are that of the First Nations, Inuit or Métis communities within Canada.
