|Duties||To provide companionship services to isolated seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes or to go on outings in the community. |
Visits may include conversation, games, activities of interest and /or outings in the local community. Time Commitment of 1-2 hours per week.
Currently looking for English, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, German speaking men and women in Halton. Other languages as needed.

|Transportation||Volunteer is responsible to find transportation to and from the clients home|
|Cost||Volunteers are responsible to obtain a Police Background Check with a Vulnerable Sector Screening prior to being matched. Once volunteers begin in the program, half of the cost of the police check is reimbursed|
