CommentsThe Senior Connector program is a volunteer program offering resources and referrals to seniors and their families. Senior Connectors are older adult volunteers who share knowledge and information about health and social services/supports across Halton, with their peers, thus helping them to make informed decisions. Senior Connectors volunteer at locations where older adults congregate, reside and/or shop.

DutiesProvide face-to-face contact, connecting seniors with community information and services in Halton. A sample of information includes: 
* Transportation & Driving 
* Community Resources 
* Health Services 
* Housing Options 
* Volunteer opportunities 
* Congregate Dining 
* Social Activities 
* Wellness Programs 
* Other relevant information 
Attend information meetings as needed. Willing to commit to 4-6 hours a month in the community.
