DutiesMentors are paired a recent immigrant professional from their own profession. They assist a mentee in: 
•understanding the Canadian context of their profession and workplace culture 
•gathering information on their occupation and industry 
•developing professional networks and job search strategies 
Mentors are NOT expected to find a job for their mentee. 
Pairs can meet virtually or in person.

ClientsClients are job-ready immigrant professionals who have at least two years of international work experience in their profession before coming to Canada.
